Why NPCs Are Triggered by Your Light
I remember a time when I worked at “prestigious” elementary school in Barcelona. There was an older coworker who, from the very beginning, treated me with subtle disdain. She would roll her eyes when I spoke, interrupt my ideas during staff meetings, and occasionally whisper behind my back. I had never wronged her. I barely knew her. I couldn’t understand what it was because it happened from the initial meeting. In some cases people might be quick to leave it as well maybe its an ism whether (racism, sexism, ageism). Now that I can look back with different eyes, I know I carried light, and I was beginning to understand that this made certain people uncomfortable.
I realized the things that seemed to cause her to be triggered was my enthusiam to actually want to teach. She had become accustomed to doing the bare minimum. Later I realized she suffered from Depression as well. All of this painted me a picture of a soul that was unhappy with themselves in a lower vibration and not interested in her job as she expressed it many times. The other co workers were also somewhat in similar emotional states of insatisfaction and discontent with their lives which they revealed every now and then. They didn’t even at times seem to like each other at all to be honest. All I knew is that later they seemed like they wanted to stay in their rut and wanted to get me out of their as soon as possible.
Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt tension rise without saying a word? Or met someone who seemed to dislike you before you even introduced yourself like in my situation? These reactions often have nothing to do with you personally. What they are responding to is your light.
Your light carries the frequency of truth, purity, and divine alignment. When you carry the presence of God within you, that spiritual light becomes an unspoken force. It penetrates through atmospheres. It unsettles what is false. It disrupts what is dark. And in today’s world, many are unconsciously operating in darkness.
Some people are not just emotionally troubled. They are host bodies to lower vibrational entities that thrive on confusion, division, deception, and spiritual blindness. These entities cannot stand light. Light exposes. Light confronts. Light agitates darkness. If someone is hiding in shadow, they do not want the light shining on them.
This is why certain NPCs, become triggered around people who walk in spiritual authority and awareness. These are the ones who start conflict with you for no clear reason, gossip about you before knowing you, or stare with that strange mixture of discomfort and envy. Many of them cannot even explain why they dislike you. But they feel your energy. They sense your vibration. Your presence alone calls them into account.
The enemy works through vessels who have not come into awareness of who they truly are or who have willingly aligned themselves with darkness. Systems of control, manipulation, and oppression require low vibration to survive. They need fear. They need drama. They need people to feel disconnected, anxious, or small. When your light enters the room, it lifts the frequency. That higher vibration exposes what is false and corrupt. You are not doing anything outward. Your very being is confronting them.
The presence of truth within you makes what is hidden uncomfortable. This is why the attacks sometimes come without provocation.
There was a time when I began to explore the science of the body and human energy design. I discovered that I am a projector according to my body chart. That made so much sense. Projectors are known for being able to see into people, to intuitively understand what is going on beneath the surface. We project a field that makes people feel seen. For those who are hiding, this is threatening. They feel exposed even before we speak. And yet this ability is a gift. It is part of our calling.
You are just a mirror. And sometimes what people see in that mirror is their own darkness being reflected back. When that happens, they either begin their healing or project their discomfort outward.
Happiness as a Mirror
When someone is radiating joy, peace, or contentment, it subconsciously reflects back to others what they feel is missing in their own lives. This can be deeply unsettling for someone who is chronically unhappy, angry, or bitter.
Your peace reminds them of their inner chaos.
Your joy highlights their despair.
Your freedom exposes their emotional captivity.
It’s not really you they hate, it’s what they feel when they see you.
People feel safe when their environment matches their inner state. If someone is unhappy, and you enter the room glowing and upbeat, it creates an emotional mismatch. This can lead to:
Irritability
Suspicion (thinking your joy is fake or attention-seeking)
Projection (blaming you for their discomfort)
Passive-aggression or even open hostility
Shadow Projection
Psychologically, this is called shadow projection, where people project the parts of themselves they deny, repress, or feel ashamed of onto others.
If someone feels they can never be truly happy or believe they don’t deserve joy, seeing you happy might activate:
Jealousy masked as criticism
Resentment disguised as sarcasm
Hatred masked as cold indifference
Your joy threatens the lie they live under.
Happiness Can Break Unspoken Emotional Contracts
In certain families, workplaces, or social groups, people operate under unspoken agreements, like staying negative together, complaining, gossiping, or playing victim.
When you no longer participate in those patterns and instead bring joy, gratitude, or confidence:
It breaks that toxic energetic bond.
It can make you a target because you represent change and discomfort.
They Do Not Understand Unconditional Joy
Many people tie joy to external validation: money, relationships, appearance. So when you carry joy that clearly comes from within or from God, they feel confused or threatened because they cannot “explain” or “earn” that kind of happiness.
If you have ever been treated unfairly, bullied, or rejected without cause, you might be someone carrying a great deal of light. It is not your job to dim it. It is your responsibility to protect it, honor it, and keep yourself spiritually covered through prayer, fasting, and staying connected to the source of your light, which is God.
