What Still Brings Your Spirit Joy?
I thought long and hard about what I wanted to begin this month of October discussing.
There has been so much happening around me, both personally and collectively. I am navigating transitions, preparing for a move with my family, and processing the many experiences that have unfolded over the past several weeks. Part of me wondered whether I should write about the anticipation, the anxiousness of facing the unknown, or the many events being revealed in the world around us.
Should I discuss the recent protests in France and Barcelona? The predictive programming, Alien narratives being presented in the American media? Should I revisit the conversations surrounding energy and frequency? Or should I talk about something far more personal: the conscious effort to shift my attention back toward the things I want to invite into my reality?
Ultimately, I realized that the latter was where my attention needed to go.
Because sometimes, one of our greatest battles is deciding what deserves our complete focus.
The Battle for Our Attention
We know how easily the world can pull us into an endless cycle of distractions. There is always something happening, something demanding a reaction, something to investigate, question, fear, or overcome.
And when you have spent years navigating spiritual warfare a.k.a Archonic attacks, protecting your peace can become an intentional practice in itself.
Finding what makes you unequivocally resonate with joy after prolonged periods of survival mode and struggle is not always as simple as it sounds. Particularly when you have experienced circumstances that seem to repeatedly challenge your ability to feel that joy freely without worrying something is going to pop up and ruin it.
There comes a point when you have to ask yourself a different question.
Instead of, What is being revealed, or what do I need to defend myself against, you begin asking:
What still makes me happy? What genuinely fascinates me? and What brings my spirit alive when I am no longer giving my energy to everything happening around me?
When the Things That Once Brought Us Joy No Longer Feel the Same
Once upon a time, many of the things that brought me happiness were external. They were experiences, material things, particular circumstances, or the anticipation of something I wanted to happen in my life.
There is nothing inherently wrong with enjoying those things. We are human beings, and there is beauty in experiencing the world around us.
But when your relationship with the external world changes the things you once anticipated no longer carry the same excitement, or when you become increasingly aware of how easily fear, disappointment, conflict, and uncertainty can interfere with your ability to enjoy them? My warfare taught me how easily the matrix attempts to counterfeit, distort, or contaminate the things that carry meaning for us.
Joy can become vulnerable when we attach it entirely to circumstances outside our control.
Fortuntely, I realized I still had pure fascinations, dreams, and visions within me, that did not require anyone else's approval. They did not depend on the cooperation of external circumstances. They live within me, always quietly waiting for my attention to return to them.
Returning to the Things That Make Us Feel Alive
I reminded myself that everything weird that had been happening especially in the last several days had been directly correlated to what I had focused on, whether it was the music I was listening to, the dreams I was trying to decipher or the narrative I was perpetuating in that given moment. I was unconsciously choosing where to place my attention.
An Unexpected Source of Joy
So, I made a very deliberate decision. After a hectic whirlwind of a distracting day,
I began watching videos about off-grid living, old village house renovations, farming, and people creating quiet, beautiful spaces for themselves. Videos filled with greenery, natural surroundings, simple living, and quaint music, with little to no talking.
These were all things I admired.
Something about these experiences resonated emotionally with me immediately. I felt my heart chakra lighten and fill with joy.
As I watched people tending gardens, working the land, and creating lives connected to nature, I revisited dreams I have carried within me for years. I allowed myself to enjoy the scenery, the atmosphere, and the simple beauty of the experiences unfolding on the screen.
It was an inner expansion that did not require much effort from me. For a moment, I was no longer preoccupied with everything that needed to be resolved or every uncertainty waiting for me. I was in the moment.
Joy through Admiration
What I discovered while watching these videos was, the joy I was experiencing wasn't solely coming from imagining myself living in those houses, owning those properties, or accomplishing those same projects. It was coming from something much deeper.
It was coming from my admiration towards watching others Manifest.
Watching a man take a broken down house that needed an extraordinary amount of work and with his own hands, transforming it into something beautiful was fascinating and orgasmic to me. Watching people complete projects that seemed almost impossible at first and then turning their vision into an accomplished labor of love was priceless.
There is something beautiful about watching a person manifest and create something with their hands. Something tangible. Something that might well remain long after they are gone.
A home that will shelter another family. A garden that will continue to grow. A piece of land transformed from years of dedication. A project someone poured their heart and soul into.
There is simply so much joy witnessing that process. I didn't have to own the house or complete the project myself. I could admire the skill, appreciate the vision, and celebrate the accomplishment of another human being.
I could look at what someone else had created and genuinely feel happy or proud of them.
And that is a beautiful kind of joy.
The Beauty of Loving What Another Person Can Create
We sometimes become so preoccupied with our own journeys, our own dreams, and the things we are trying to overcome that we forget the beauty of witnessing someone else's journey unfold.
Think about what it means to watch another person realize a dream they may have carried for years. To see them overcome the difficulties, acquire the skills, make the sacrifices, and finally stand before something that once existed only in their imagination. To stand back and cheer the creator on. And by doing so, glorifying the Most High Creator of whom we carry the essence of that makes it all possible.
There is something deeply moving about that.
What matters is the human spirit behind the creation.
The vision. The effort. The determination. The love.
I began to appreciate that my admiration and appreciation for these things was itself a source of happiness. I was connecting with the beauty of human creativity and desire.
That is precisely what makes the body of Christ special, our ability to envision something that does not yet exist and then dedicate ourselves to bringing it into being. To collapse the realities we desire through our Christ Consciousness. It is precisely what the archons and demonic entities in this reality can not do.
A Joy Rooted in Love, Not Possession
This realization brought me back to something important in my Christian faith: the call to love our brothers and sisters, the New Covenant in Jesus Christ.
To love someone is not only to offer help when they are struggling or compassion when they are hurting. It is also to recognize the goodness in them, to appreciate their gifts, and to rejoice when something beautiful happens in their lives.
We can be happy for someone who has accomplished something we have not yet accomplished ourselves. We can admire another person's talent without diminishing our own. We can watch someone else's dream unfold without interpreting their success as evidence of our own shortcomings.
Their joy does not have to take anything away from ours.
In fact, witnessing another person flourish can remind us of how much beauty there is in the world and how many different ways there are to express the gifts God has given us.
This is a joy worth nurturing within ourselves.
And I think there is something profoundly freeing about learning to delight in another person's creation.
What Cannot Be Replicated Is the Love We Bring to What We See
Sometimes, the joy we are looking for is found in witnessing another human being bring something beautiful into this world despite the odds.
The best part is, the Archonic system cannot mimic this, recreate or control this joy through admiration in anyway.
As I enter this new month, I am not pretending to have everything figured out. I am still navigating uncertainty. I am still facing transitions, and I still have questions about what lies ahead.
But I am also learning that I do not have to postpone joy until every difficulty has been resolved.
Reclaiming our inner world begins with something much simpler than we imagine. It begins with remembering what we love, noticing what fascinates us, and giving those things our attention again when we start to get pulled away by life.
Today, as I write this, it is my youngest child's seventh birthday.
Perhaps there could not be a more beautiful reminder of what truly matters to me.
My joy in watching my children grow. Watching us grow together as a family, through all the ups and downs, the unexpected challenges, the lessons, and the transitions that life continues to bring our way.
When I look at how far we have come, I recognize that our growth has not only been about surviving circumstances. It has also been about our spiritual growth, our closeness to one another, and our growing relationship with the Most High God.
My admiration in watching my children remember to pray when they wake up and before they go to bed without being told. Hearing them pray over their meals. Seeing them demonstrate kindness, share with one another, and act in ways that reflect the love of Christ. Witnessing those little moments when faith becomes something they live rather than something they are simply told about.
These are the moment that also fill my heart with Joy.
Sometimes, joy is not somewhere far away, waiting for us to finally reach a place where everything makes sense.
Sometimes, it is already sitting at the table with us.
May we never become so consumed by the battles and distractions we face that we forget to recognize and admire the blessings right before our eyes.
