Walking the Tightrope: Balancing Spiritual Awakening with Everyday Life
Waking up in the matrix is both liberating and challenging. Once you are aware, you start to realize how telepathic this reality really is. People seem to know things they should not know or respond to thoughts you never voiced aloud. The fun part is, even when you know they can hear or sense your thoughts, you can still play the game. If they seem to know more than they should or overstep boundaries, call them out and ask, “How exactly did you know that?” The more they fumble for an answer, the more you confirm to yourself that this reality is not what it seems.
They will often try to pull you into their narratives, twist perceptions, and make you doubt your own mind. This is part of the strategy to make you appear less credible to others in case you might awaken someone else. Jesus told us to be “wise as serpents and harmless as doves” (Matthew 10:16) and that is exactly the skill you need to survive and thrive here.
Even when you hear the NPCs simming, talking about you, making strange remarks, or trying to provoke you, you act as if you do not notice. When they blatantly try to get your attention, you intentionally go out of your way to ignore them. I always say: cuss them out in your head if you must, but be polite in your actions. This does not mean answering every call to look or speak, it means you choose your interactions with discernment.
When you must engage, do it with the same grace and composure you had before you knew what this world was. Play along when necessary, but never stop catching them in the act. If they cross a line, do not hesitate to report them using the very systems of their matrix. Every slip up they make is more proof to you and a reminder of the reality you have woken up from, and the game you are no longer willing to lose.
Practical Tips for Walking in the Matrix After Awakening
1. Keep your internal world private
Even if you realize thoughts are being picked up telepathically or mirrored back to you, do not feel the need to respond outwardly. Hold your reactions inside and remain composed on the surface. In the matrix, the more predictable and reactive you are, the more you are steered. Your greatest power is choosing when and how to respond.
2. Master the art of neutral observation
Think of yourself as a scientist quietly taking notes. Watch behavior, catch patterns, but avoid showing visible shock or frustration. Learn to also pull away your focus while observing. NPCs will sometimes perform strange acts to pull your attention; loud noises, dramatic arguments, street theater, or even waving at someone near you to cause you to look in their direction. They often choose bait they know you are naturally drawn to, such as cute animals or cute babies. Once you focus, they may layer in additional distractions or characters to guide your attention where they want it to ultimately go. Imagine conceptually throwing a carrot tied to a rope in front your feet you look at it then attached to that rope next it stuffed teddy, your eyes focus on that too, then after the teddy attached to the rope is a red shirt stained with blood which was part of your narrative and ultimately what they wanted to make you remember and ruminate about. The idea is baiting you with things that may interest you to train your focus in the direction that ultimately the Matrix wants you think and look at.
This is an example.
Stay aware without fully engaging so your guard remains up.
I personally practice focusing on neutral objects like animals, children, trees, sunsets, or flowers, and I look at people only minimally to avoid bumping into anyone. Most of the time I use my peripheral vision, sometimes glancing ahead but keeping my eyes toward trees or other neutral points so I can notice if anyone is approaching. This is my way of navigating around the NPCs in my reality because they can be intrusive. Not every person who passes by is necessarily an NPC, but for ease of processing, I consider everyone an NPC until proven otherwise. Many times, they pause or stall intentionally, as if to make sure I pass at the specific moment, hoping I notice them. I usually look down or away, continuously. If they were genuinely focused on their own business, my glance would not matter, but the fact that they become aggravated when I do not engage shows that this reality is indeed a strange little simulation.
Since I arrived in France, they make it appear as though I am being broadcasted. At the end of the day, if they are upset and trying to recreate narratives, I am not convinced. I often ask, “Who are they trying to convince?” It seems this broadcasting is mainly for their fellow NPCs, the masses of this reality, since people with souls who are asleep may not be aware or able to interact telepathically like the NPCs can. Awakening has been quite bizarre and I honestly have felt that after the summer of 2024, I am on a different timeline than before, my dreams back this up but otherwise the Simulation never ceases to make me wonder.
3. Engage only when necessary
Not every invitation to talk, react, or “clear your name” needs to be accepted. The matrix thrives on pulling you into narratives that drain your focus. Practice graceful disengagement, short responses, polite nods, (If necessary although nothing is really necessary) and quick exits.
4. Protect your energetic boundaries
Begin and end your day with prayer, affirmations, or scripture recitation. Spiritually cleanse yourself when you feel heavy or mentally fogged. Fasting, anointing with oil, or spending quiet time in nature can reset your spirit. This strengthens your resistance to manipulation.
5. Stay unpredictable
Matrix conditioning relies on your habits and predictable responses. Change your routine slightly, think thoughts they are not expecting, and choose joy in moments where they expect defeat. This breaks the rhythm of their programming.
Noticing Synchronicities and False Coincidences
Everything is the Matrix and the Matrix is Everything. Once you are observing the matrix with awareness, you begin to notice patterns that feel too precise to be random. Events, encounters, and “coincidences” start lining up in ways that reveal an underlying intelligence at work. NPCs may try to create distractions or drama to make things look accidental, but as you observe, you realize these moments are carefully orchestrated to test your focus and emotional control.
By remaining grounded, pulling your attention away when necessary, and keeping your inner world private, you can watch these events unfold without being pulled into the narrative. Every “coincidence” becomes a tool for understanding the structure of the matrix and your place within it. The more you notice, the more you see how your energy interacts with theirs, and how your choices; guided by faith, discernment, and calm observation; can influence outcomes in ways that are not always visible at first glance.
Spiritual Insight
From a Biblical perspective, Wisdom keeps you from walking blindly into traps, while purity of heart prevents you from becoming what you are fighting against. Remember that you are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). The real battle is unseen, which is why discernment and constant connection with God are your best defense.
Psychological Insight
The matrix functions heavily on conditioning, similar to how behavioral psychology trains responses through reward and punishment. (Think Mk-ultra especially) Over time, the system attempts to:
Trigger emotional responses so you act predictably.
Shape your perception by controlling what you see, hear, and experience.
Use reinforcement loops so certain behaviors like fear, self-doubt, or compliance become automatic.
Imagine your soul choosing to come into this reality with the purpose of remembering and ultimately bringing down this matrix. From birth, you are presented with countless distractions, conditioning, and even forms of poisoning. Interesting enough it reminds me of how Trump once posted a video as a predictive programming strategy, where he portrayed his vision of turnig the Gaza strip into a Las Vegas type resort. If you think about it for many of these dark entities that’s how they view this world. As a place to push you to indulge in sin. Imagine, it as if you are suddenly born on the Las Vegas strip, surrounded by all sorts of characters doing everything they can to lower your vibration, cloud your awareness, and distance you from God.
Imagine besides this, being planted into families and among friends whose sole purpose, for the most part, is focused on keeping you drunken in this stupor and asleep. At first, it can feel like a hopeless endeavor, like there is no way to rise above the conditioning. Yet through Christ and through God, so many are beginning to remember their true purpose, awakening to the light and reclaiming their power despite the surrounding influences.
If you get lost in these distractions, you may feel as though you have forgotten your purpose, being carried to and fro like Pinocchio with the fox and the cat. Symbolically, Pinocchio represents exactly this journey. Until he learns to walk in truth and avoid the distractions around him, he cannot become a real boy. The name itself holds meaning; Pino for pineal and occhio for eye. Until he cleanses his mind and his inner eye, he cannot ascend.
When you awaken, you break this conditioning, which is why resistance becomes intense. Your goal is to maintain self-awareness, break automatic reactions, and create new patterns that align with your higher self and God’s truth.
Let’s take, for example, some great tips and concepts from Evy Poumpouras, a former U.S. Secret Service agent renowned for her teachings on confidence, emotional mastery, and mental control. She emphasizes the importance of recognizing and regulating your emotions before they control you, a principle that can also serve as a spiritual practice. By pausing to reflect and aligning your responses with higher purpose, you can navigate daily challenges with clarity and inner strength.
Being present and mindful, noticing both external influences and subtle spiritual cues, allows one to navigate life consciously while integrating the awareness of a deeper reality. Evy Poumpouras emphasizes consistency and disciplined action, showing that small, daily practices—mental, physical, or spiritual—build resilience and self-mastery. By balancing reflection with action, controlling the mind amidst chaos, and grounding oneself in routine and discipline, one can awaken to higher truths and the realization of life’s constructed patterns without tipping into a state of ‘apparent psychosis’.
As we navigate the journey of awakening and heightened awareness, it is essential to remain anchored in what is eternal and true. “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things” (Colossians 3:2) serves as a guiding principle, reminding us that while we may perceive the fleeting and constructed nature of the world, our focus on spiritual truths keeps us grounded. By cultivating mindfulness, discipline, and a consistent connection with God, we can explore higher realities without losing stability, ensuring that our awakening strengthens rather than destabilizes our mind and spirit.
