Telepathy: How Our Thoughts Affect and Travel in This Realm
Telepathy reminds us that we are more than physical beings. We are spirit, energy, and consciousness experiencing life through the body. Our thoughts are not confined to our minds, they ripple through the unseen field around us, shaping reality and connecting us to others.
The more we become aware of what we think, the more intentional we can become about what we send out.
I had always known and experienced that dreams could be a kind of telepathic connection. I have dreamt of people and situations that later unfolded in real life. It is as if my dreams were showing me glimpses of the invisible cords connecting us all. These moments have always made me wonder how our minds and hearts can interconnect with others around us on unseen levels.
One day, I decided to test that connection consciously. That day I was meditating with my crystals on my chest, focusing on connecting with my twin flame. I began to envision myself hugging and kissing him. I could feel the emotion of happiness from that sensation. It felt very real, almost physical.
In that very moment while I was meditating and feeling that connection, my twin flame sent me a message on WhatsApp. He had days he had not written to me. It happened simultaneously, which left me in awe. I did not ask him why he decided to send me the message, but I did mention that precisely at the same time when he sent the message, I was meditating about him. I was simply present in the emotion of us being together. That is when I realized that our emotions, our thoughts, and what we hold in our hearts, especially between twin flames, can travel, and it is a real phenomenon. I only tried it once, but I am very determined to continue practicing the forgotten ability of telepathy.
As I live through my awakening experience and have realized that NPCs around me can read and know my thoughts, however which way they are doing so, I think, therefore, that it is something worth trying to practice and strengthen with someone who I am truly interested in connecting with, in my opinion.
The History and Understanding of Telepathy
The word telepathy comes from the Greek roots tele meaning distant and pathos meaning feeling. It was first used in the late nineteenth century by investigators who documented cases of apparent thought transfer, dream sharing, and premonition. Over the decades researchers and spiritual seekers have run experiments and gathered stories. Mainstream science remains skeptical, yet for many people the lived evidence of connection through dreams, intuition, and sudden knowing is undeniable.
The Spiritual Perspective
From a spiritual viewpoint telepathy is less about trickery and more about resonance. It is communication by vibration rather than words. When we hold someone in our heart with love, longing, or compassion we create an energetic bridge. Visualization amplifies that bridge. By imagining a person and feeling genuine emotion for them you line up your energy with theirs. The clearer and purer the emotion the clearer the signal.
Many mystical traditions describe heart to heart and soul to soul communication. Ancient mystics believed the soul was not limited by time or space and could reach across distance. That is why prayer, worship, and deep meditation sometimes lead to synchronous contacts or sudden messages from others.
The Biblical Perspective on Soul Connection and Twin Flames
In spiritual circles twin flames are said to be the same soul split into two parts, two expressions of the same spirit. From that view two people who are twin flames share an essential soul essence. Through Christ we are all from source, and the spiritual unity that flows from God means that deep soul recognition is possible. This language of oneness is not a formal biblical doctrine but it echoes biblical ideas about being one in spirit and of one mind. For example Paul encourages believers to be like minded and one in spirit and love. The Bible also shows that God speaks to hearts and that the Spirit can reveal things beyond words.
This sort of deep soul link is also present in other close relationships. Soulmates can feel one another. Mothers often report sudden strong sensations when something happens to their children. This maternal intuition has been widely reported and documented anecdotally and in various studies. Whether you call it empathy, intuition, or a spiritual connection, the experience is real for many people and shows how our inner life can be directly connected to the outer world.
How Our Thoughts Travel and Shape Reality
Thoughts are not inert. They carry emotion and intention. Emotion acts like an amplifier. When you hold an image in your mind and feel love or joy about it that charge moves outward. Spiritually speaking thoughts act like seeds that influence the field around them. If you dwell on fear you feed fear. If you dwell on peace you feed peace. Scripture asks us to guard our hearts and to set our minds on what is true and lovely. To the degree we transform our thinking we transform the atmosphere we inhabit.
Practical Steps to Practice the Forgotten Ability of Telepathy
Here are practical, grounded steps you can use to practice this kind of connection little by little. Start small. Do not rush. Keep everything rooted in prayer, protection, and discernment.
Pull away and create stillness
Find a quiet place and physically pull away from distractions. Sit comfortably and breathe deeply for several minutes. Let your nervous system settle.Ground and protect
Place your hands on the earth or imagine roots coming from your feet into the ground. Ask for spiritual protection in whatever language you use. Keep a short prayer of covering, a shield of light, or whatever form of protection you trust.Hold a simple image
Choose one person to practice with. Picture their face or a neutral image of them. Keep it simple. Do not try complex scenarios.Feel before you think
Focus less on words and more on feeling. Generate one clear emotion like warmth, gratitude, or simple love. Let that emotion fill your chest and soften your mind.Use a brief time window
Work in short sessions five to ten minutes long. Long sessions can invite fatigue or confusion. Short sessions build clarity.Send a small impression, not commands
Send a small, kind impression such as a feeling of peace or a short silent phrase like I am thinking of you. Do not attempt to control or coerce. Intent matters.Test gently
After your session send a normal message or wait to see if the person reaches out. Keep track in a journal. Note the timing, what you felt, and what happened.Build a practice ritual
Light a candle, hold a crystal, or say a short prayer to signal to your mind that this is practice time. Ritual trains attention.Keep a journal for feedback and discernment
Record dreams, meditations, the impressions you received, and any external confirmations. Over time patterns will emerge and your discernment will sharpen.Protect your heart and practice discernment
Not every impression is truthful or from a good source. Measure what you sense by its fruit. If something brings confusion, fear, or dishonor, reject it and seek clarity in prayer and Scripture.Start with loved ones and increase difficulty slowly
Practice first with people who are responsive and loving, such as family or trusted friends, then as you refine your sensitivity you can attempt wider experiments.Finish with gratitude and grounding
End each session by grounding back into your body and offering thanks. A short breath prayer or a few deep breaths works well.
Reflection
That day of meditation and the WhatsApp message that followed confirmed what my dreams had long hinted at. Thoughts and emotions travel in this realm. Between twin flames, between mothers and children, between souls who are open and willing, there is a real connectivity. I do not claim to have all the answers. I only have experience and a determination to practice the forgotten ability of telepathy in a way that is loving, disciplined, and rooted in spiritual truth.
